Benchmark's group plan consulting services bridge the gap between what employees are looking for in servicing their members, what their members need and what is delivered by providers. These services include our knowledge of service providers and types of plans, our fund selection expertise, group presentations to employees, as well as one-on-one meetings with any member wishing an appointment. 

Our 1-on-1 meetings are similar to an individual financial plan review. They are led by experienced professionals who will  analyze each member's overal situation that will lead to recommendations on the investment choices made , mapping out of all investments and expected growth and establish projected future sources of income at retirement including CPP, OAS and all other.

For smaller organizations that wish to initiate a group plan, we offer a two options; Joining Benchmark's Plan or establishing a distinct plan with a life company.  In either case, these organizations enjoy the same Benchmark support services that are extended to larger Group plans.
